Before you Register:

1. Please find the rules under the Exhibitor section and read them before registering. When you complete your registration, you must sign that you have read the rules.

2. Please located your Ethics Number if you have one that is current (starting with 25, 26, 27). If you are a new exhibitor and have never taken an Ethics Class or your Ethics class has expired you will need to go to: https://floridastatefairgrounds.com/ethics/workshop/ to sign up for a course to take and once you have received your Ethics number , please email it to retracmap61@gmail.com

3. If you can't find your Ethics number or need to check to see if it is still in date you can go to: https://floridastatefairag.com/ethics/workshop/ and scroll down and you will see on the right side of the screen "Ethics Number Lookup" where you can type in your information to see yournumber.

4. Go to the ACYFLS.com site under exhibitors and find the Emergency Card and fill it out and save it, then you can iupload it during your registration process when you are asked for it.

5. When registering you will need to make sure that the email address that you use is one that will be checked regularly. All correspondence will be through email.

6. Start with "Registration", you will put in your personal information, then "Entries" this is where you choose your animal or project to register. Next "Review" make sure that everything is correct. Then "Pay" tis is where you pay for your entry.  Finally "Confirm" everything is correct and then "Finish" this where you print your entry or save it to your phone so that you have proof that you entered the fair.

7. Make sure that you have paid for your entry. Your receipt will show that you paid and have an entry for the fair. If it doesn't show these 2 items, you are not registered to show at the fair.
